The 15 Year Single Malt is matured entirely in ex bourbon casks and bottled without chill filtration or added color at 46% abv. The nose shows an oily vanilla with notes of apple, white pepper, sweet malt, and dry ginger. On the palate, caramel and sweet apple transition to grassy mint, cherry, and a touch of
